Architect and engineer — I build what I advise

I design AI systems and build them myself, with structure from day one — and I deliver the code and documentation your team needs to carry on without me.

My story

My work lives in the in-between — where enterprise architecture and AI engineering touch, and where hardly anyone is at home.

I come from two worlds — architecture, with structure and the big picture, and building itself. Exactly where those two meet is where I do my work: designing AI systems with order from day one, then building them myself.

What I advise, I also build. I deliver code and documentation, and I use my own approach daily in my own projects.

Architecture, governance and knowledge structure are the basis of how I work — first understand how a system fits together, then build. The goal is a system that stays maintainable and that your team can take forward itself.

What I stand for

Three convictions you'll see in every engagement.

  • Strengthen people, don't replace them.

AI should make a team stronger. Systems I build never run without human control — the decisions that matter stay with people.

  • Lasting over throwaway.

Work should leave something that lasts. I build systems that hold on to knowledge and grow with the business — not a project that stalls after delivery.

  • Quality over pressure.

Not finished means not delivered. I don't compromise on quality under pressure — and an assignment that doesn't fit, I don't take on.
